I know this path intimately, because I've walked it myself. After healing my own relationship with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and disconnection, I now help women reclaim themselves with empathy, compassion, and practical tools that create lasting change.

I combine clinical training as a Registered Dietitian with lived experience healing my own relationship with food, body, and identity.

This work is grounded, practical, and personal. I help you untangle the patterns holding you back so you can build lasting trust with yourself and your body.
